Can you believe that the first meet is in just 5 days??? It is time to make sure you have declared whether or not your child will be attending meets. Please RSVP, as any undeclared swimmer will NOT be entered into the meet. We don’t want anyone showing up at a meet, having not declared, and having no entries. Let’s go sharks!!! 🦈 🦈 🦈

1. Go to www.stuartheights.swimtopia.com and login (Use your email and password you set up during registration. There is a password reset if you have forgotten.) 

2. Click on the Swim Meets tab along the top 

3. Click Meet Entry under the meet you want to declare 

4. Once your swimmer(s) show up click the black Edit button under their name 

5. Select whether Attending or Not Attending and add any comments to the coach as necessary, i.e. cannot arrive before x time, needs to leave early at y time, etc.

6. Click Save (This is a critical step!!!) 

7. You’ll see your declaration. If incorrect, click the black Edit button to go back to correct the declaration. If correct, you can click Return to Swim Meets below. 

**Declarations for meets are due by noon the day before the meet**
