Greetings Sharks!

Registration is open and ready for you!

We are looking forward to another great summer of Shark swimming, but first, it's time for a little pool prep. The StH Pool Board needs help with some spring cleaning on April 15 beginning at 9:30am. It will be generally swabbing the deck and cleaning the grounds so dress appropriately. Many hands make for light work and we (literally) could not have a swim team without the pool. YES - this does count toward your 2023 volunteer commitment  and a beautiful way to spend a spring day. If you have a pressure washer, please bring it along. Thanks in advance for helping with this important task.

Please come by Front Runner on May 9 or 11, from 3-6pm to purchase your 2023 suit. We are using the same suit as last year so the cost will be at 50% off! Goggles, practice caps and kickboards are also available. We highly encourage everyone to purchase the team suit so we are a fierce and unified team at all meets. (Black brief, not pictured, also available)

Practices begin May 30. As in the past, the big Sharks will swim 8:00-9:30 and 8 & unders from 8:30-9:30. Head Coach Katie Sallee and Assistant Coach Josie White will work with the big Sharks. Our Jr Coaches Avery Wilson, Reese Skiles and Bella Lehman will lead the 8 & unders in practice. All of our coaches are StH Shark swim team alumni and look forward to leading our 2023 Sharks to #1!
