    Calhoun, Ft O & TEAM PICTURES

    The team came out hard against Ft. Oglethorpe (pictures here) and brought home a solid win. We have a busy week ahead but first a few reminders:

    • Please RSVP your swimmer yeah or nay for every meet. Coach Katie doesn’t want to leave anyone out so if you don’t respond one way or the other, she will put your swimmer in meets, which then leads to scrambles on deck when your kiddo is not there…… so, please, RSVP. Thank you.
    • Swimmers may only wear a StH team suit (or a non-team/practice suit) and cap for meets. Wearing a gear with another team’s logo can lead to disqualifications🫣 which no one wants.  
    • Once again, best of luck to our current and past Sharks who are swimming in the Olympic trials in the next few days. You are already gold medal winners to us.  #sharks4life

    Calendar:

    • Friday, June 14 - Penny Practice - Sharks are going diving! Send your swimmer to practice with a handful of change for a Fun Friday practice.
    • Monday, June 17 - away meet at Calhoun. 601 S River St, Calhoun, GA 30701
      • Yes, it’s a haul (estimate at least an hour travel time) but also an awesome chance to carpool with other Sharks and swing by Buckees on the way home. Let’s make it happen!
      • Wear all the Shark Swag! 🦈 Spirit item giveaway for all who attend.

    • Wednesday, June 19 - home meet vs Ft O (not a typo - Wednesday meet)
      • Wear RED in Honor of Freedom Day and for our rematch against Ft O.
      • 4:20 - TEAM PHOTOS - we need swimmers to be in their StH suit and cap and on deck early for team photos. We will also be offering individual or sibling photos. Info on ordering pictures to come.

      • 5:30 Meet Start
    • Friday, June 21 - doughnuts after practice
