Welcome to May! The countdown for swim season has begun. We had a great turnout for the suit fitting event at Front Runner. If you have not yet purchased your team suit, please stop by the store during business hours so you are ready for the season.
💦New swimmer evaluations will be on May 27 at 8:30. These are for swimmers who are new to the team. Please make every effort to attend as it helps Coach Katie place the kids in the best possible practice group. If you cannot attend, don’t fret. She will get them sorted on their first day. The evaluation will be an hour or less so it is good to stick around this day.
📆Practices begin May 28. As in the past, the big Sharks will swim 8:00-9:30, and 8 & unders from 8:30-9:30. There is also a Camper Session from 8:00-8:30 for kids to want to swim but also have to leave early for a summer camp. Head Coach Katie Sallee and Assistant Coach Josie White will work with the big Sharks. Our Jr Coaches, Sam Flack, Ava McCoy, Emma Saunders, and Ellie Waldrep, will lead the 8 & unders in practice. All of our coaches are or were StH Sharks and look forward to leading our 2025 team to GOLD!
💵Board members will be at the pool to accept payment during the first week of practices. The last possible day to pay and still play is May 30. We can accept cash or a check.

💝Finally, the StH Swim Team Board would like to offer our condolences to the White family for the loss of their father, who passed away last week. He was a huge supporter of Josie, Will, and Luke at all the Shark swim meets and was found at City Meet manning his big grill. We will hold his memory in our hearts as we head into the future.
