    It is awesome to see all the growth within the team from the first practice though the first meet! Great job swimming against the Greenies. We had a beautiful win and a great start to our season. Busy week ahead, so here we go:

    Reminders:

    • Please RSVP your swimmer, yeah or nay, for every meet. Coach Katie doesn’t want to leave anyone out and if you don’t respond one way or the other, she will put your swimmer in meets, which then leads to scrambles on deck when your kiddo is not there…… so, please RSVP. Thank you.
    • Swimmers may only wear a StH team suit (or a non-team/practice suit) and cap for meets. Wearing gear with another team’s logo can lead to disqualification.
    • Want a special message for your swimmer on the City Meet shirt? We can still accept requests this week. Please email [email protected] to confirm your text.

    Calendar:

    • June 9 StH @ Ooltewah
      • Ooltewah is our biggest competitor and we want a win! Great job last week on writing swimmers names/age on the right shoulder blade and EHL on their arm. Continue to practice the cheer so we can really belt it out Monday.
      • 5:00 warmup, 5:30 meet start
      • Bring shade tents, chairs, cool treats, hydration, and ear drops.
    • June 12 Ft O @ StH & individual photos
      • Thursday’s meet is at home against Ft Oglethorpe. They are also sharks, so really bring the RED to dominate the deck. StH will sit on the home (diving well) side of the pool. Parking is tricky but please be diligent not to block neighbor's driveways.
      • We will have Wally’s Fro Yo at the meet for cool treats.
    • Susan Flack Photography will offer individual, friend, or family portraits before and during the meet at the diving well steps. You will be able to order the pictures later via SmugMug.
