Action Items:

1. Vote for our 2026 theme for City Meet. 
2. Speaking of City Meet… want to have a special message for your swimmer(s) printed on the shirt? For just $100, you can! Please contact Julie Saunders 423.400.6230 to learn more about this opportunity. These funds will be used to help purchase new starting equipment and a sound system which we desperately need.
3. YES or NO we need to know! When in doubt, rsvp YES to our meets and we can change it later if needed.
4. If you have not yet, please review the handbook and parent tips page for lots and lots of information.

June 8 - Ooltewah at StH

• warmup at 4:30, meet starts at 5:30
• Ooltewah always bring the heat so WEAR RED, as much as you can.
• Did you RSVP? We are still missing a lot.
• All volunteer positions are filled - yay! Thank you.
• Home meet parking map
• Concessions plus Taste of China & Wally’s Fro-Yo will be in the lower lot to fuel the family.
• At this time, we are still waiting on our shirts and cap order, so please continue wearing what you have and thanks for your patience. 

June 11 - StH at Signal Mt, 1100 Ridgeway Ave, 37377

• Warmup at 5:30, meet starts at 6:00
• We still need two more volunteers.
• Parking available at and around the pool.
• Bring chairs, bug spray, and an extra layer of clothes. Sharks will crash on the left side of the pool, under the trees, along the concrete steps. Plenty of space for all.
