Parents,

We are so excited that the summer swim season is here, practice starts tonight! We will also have walk up registration this week. Wednesday night will be our annual Red & Black meet. This meet is to familiarize both swimmers and parents with the organization of a swim meet and record times for new swimmers. 

This year we are adding volunteer training for parents during the Red and Black Meet. At the beginning of the meet, the coaches will have brief team meeting while parents rotate through 3 volunteer training stations out of the 5 total stations. I will review the choices just before we split into rotations.

Then parents will practice in different volunteer roles while swimmers practice competing. We hope this helps each parent volunteer find enjoyable roles to take on during our meets.
