Hey team,

Tonight we host Signal Mountain.  Warm-ups start at 5:00 and the meet will start at 5:30.  Please arrive around 4:30-4:45 to help set up and to get settled.  PLEASE make sure to wear pink tonight to help remember some Stuart Heights swimmers who have lost their battle with cancer.  I am also attaching the heat sheet for tonight so that you may prepare your kids before they arrive.  They need to know what event and lane they are swimming - the coaches LOVE having them around them at the meet but we are trying to watch the races and can not keep telling the kids what event and lane they are in.  We appreciate everyone's hard work and are looking forward to a fun meet.
