    STH NEEDS YOUR WAIVER COMPLETED

We emailed everyone earlier in the week that we needed everyone to update their registrations with STH.  If you are receiving this message, we show that you haven't done that yet.

Unfortunately, we have to have a swimmer's waiver completed before they can participate in the meet Saturday, in order to be in compliance with our insurance and CASL policies.

This takes ONLY minutes to complete, but is is very necessary.  Please log back into your account and update your registration right away so that we don't have any delays for tomorrow morning's meet.  I've copied the information from our earlier email below.

    THANK YOU!

THE GOOD NEWS -  Everyone's registration is still in the system, it is just incomplete.  We need for everyone to go back to the website www.stuartheights.swim-team.us and log into your account.  When you do, click on the Online Registration box (top right corner of the web page), and then click on the yellow highlighted line at the top of the Registration page that says "CLICK HERE IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR THIS TEAM BEFORE."

When you do, you will need to add the following information -

    1. Email address (required now, if you didn't provide one before).
    2. Check Box at bottom of page if you are a Swim & Tennis Club Member (Member of the Pool).  (IMPORTANT!)
    3. You must read and accept the CASL and STH Waiver and Release of Liability.
    4. You must sign up for a minimum of two (2) Swim Meet volunteer requirement opportunities.
    5. You will now see the registration fees applicable to your swimmer on the final page.  At this time, we are still not accepting payments through the webpage, so you will need to click on PAY LATER to complete the registration update process.  Once you do, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Please update your registration as soon as possible.  We can't have a swimmer in the pool until we've gotten a waiver for that swimmer.
