We're down to one dual meet left, City Meet and Banquet!!!   Wow, how the summer has flown!

First - TOMORROW NIGHT - Home Meet against Dalton

Senior Recognition Night - we will recognize our three graduating seniors during the break

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!!!!

Need ALL HANDS ON DECK for set up!  Please be at the pool by 4:00 to help set up for the meet!

Swimmers need to be ready to get in the water by 4:45 for warm ups!

 

Second - PRACTICE THIS WEEK

Regular practice schedule all week long - - no meet Thursday night, but we will have practice!!   Then, home for a good night's rest for City Meet Championship!!!!

 

Third - CITY MEET - Friday and Saturday

We are REQUIRED to provide volunteers for all sessions during City Meet.   We've broken it down so that each volunteer only has to work for a 1 hour slot.   PLEASE SIGN UP!!!  WE WILL FORFEIT POINTS IF WE DON'T HAVE VOLUNTEERS.

LAST - BANQUET & POOL PARTY - Monday July 14th @ 6:00 pm at Red Bank Church of Christ, then STH Pool

PLEASE RSVP for banquet.   Swim Team will provide drinks and bread, so we need an accurate head count.   All family members are welcome.   Please remember that Red Bank Church of Christ is graciously allowing us to use their facilities and we need to be respectful and treat it and all furnishings with the utmost care! 

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP is available on the website.   We need help with Set Up, Serving and Clean Up.   Also, you may contact Heather Cockerham at [email protected] or 423-653-1690.

MENU - - We are returning to an Italian themed menu!   Each family is asked to bring the following:             

Last Names A - K         Italian Entree Dish and a SALAD (any kind).

Last Names L - Z          Italian Entree Dish and a DESSERT

We will begin as close to 6:00 pm as possible with dinner, followed by awards.   We will adjourn to a private pool party at STH.   Please note this is for STH Swim Team Members and Families only.
