STH VS OOLTEWAH - 6/12/14 at STH POOL

We need all board members and as many parents as possible to arrive by 4:00 to help set up the pool deck for the meet.  The gate will be locked at 4:00 and only those helping set up will be allowed inside the gate before 4:25. 

VOLUNTEERS - Please check in with the Hospitality Table (in front of gazebo, now) no later then 4:25 to report for duty.

PARKING - reminder - the first 10 spaces in the lower lot are reserved for Officials and VIP Pre-sold Parking Spaces.

NEW CHANGES - for logistic purposes, the score table will be set up in the Shark Shack Gazebo.   PLEASE be respectful of these changes and the space when setting up your chairs.   We will have to have access in and out of that are during the meet.  ALSO - the announcer will be on the upper deck with our NEW sound system!!  Hopefully, things will run smoother if you are able to hear the announcements of each event.

Warm-ups will begin at 4:30 PM with the meet beginning at 5:30 PM

AND FINALLY - - THIS IS OUR PINK MEET to show our support of Emily's Power for a Cure to raise money for Neuroblastoma research!   WEAR YOUR PINK, BUY YOUR PINK AND FIGHT THIS DISEASE!!
